GENERAL USER
CONTRACT
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Poppi Avenue Limited. Poppi Avenue Limited must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order (unless a deposit has explicitly been paid) before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received Poppi Avenue Limited will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to your chosen email address when registering for an account and/or placing an order. The shipment email will include your name, your address, the order number, items ordered and the total price. By accepting your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us , being you and Poppi Avenue, on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

Poppi Avenue Limited is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email to inform you of a cancellation of those items from your order.

PAYMENT
METHODS
Poppi Avenue Limited accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, ApplePay and PayPal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion. Although we accept use these payment methods, we notice at times the service might be unavailable, if so, this is due to third party activity, not Poppi Avenue.​

We also use Stripe to accept payments at the checkout.

AVAILABLE
If Poppi Avenue Limited has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Poppi Avenue Limited from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Poppi Avenue Limited, we will notify you by email at the email address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your order. Poppi Avenue Limited will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Although we do our best to control our stock figures, systems and human error can, at times, cause inaccurate stock figures, resulting in errors, and orders being refunded. If this happens, you will be refunded only, you will not have the option to swap or change the product. CANCELLATION
OF GOODS
Once your order has been placed, you are not able to cancel it or make any changes. Please refer to our returns policy for details on returning your order.
Poppi Avenue reserves the right to cancel an order if any terms or conditions have been broken this includes giveaways and discount promotions.
Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime up until your item has been shipped. A pre-order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. If you no longer want the item(s), you will need to return them within 28 days from the date the item(s) despatched our premises.

Extent of Liability
Any worries regarding components should be investigated immediately and the product should not be worn until safety is confirmed by an experienced Poppi Avenue employee. In the instance of a product failing under normal warranty conditions, Poppi Avenue Limited will endeavour to compensate you for the cost of the item, excluding any delivery or additional gifting costs relating to the original order.
Poppi Avenue Limited is not responsible for any harm, injury or death caused to yourself or any third parties when using products of Poppi Avenue Limited. We ask all jewellery is kept out of reach of babies, toddlers, children and pets. We also ask jewellery is not worn in water.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We aim to dispatch all items within 48 business hours (provided they are in stock). Our acceptance of your order will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered.
Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts and as a result are the only people entitled to transact through this site. Any other individuals who are unable to perform legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering goods using this site. If you do not qualify please do not use this site.
Order: When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. Contract: When you place an order and make a full payment, you will receive an email acknowledging a receipt of your order. This is not an Order Acceptance from Poppi Avenue. Our acceptance of your order will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing: The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our Website and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition. All of our prices are in the British Pound Sterling and you will be billed in British Pound Sterling. We try to make every effort to ensure that all items are described and priced accurately. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a website error, we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed at this updated price or cancel. We will only process any such order with your authority.
Discount Codes: We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes (either directly or through third parties) which apply to all or certain purchases made through this website. Some items (such as reduced items or solid gold jewellery) may be excluded from these discounts. Codes also cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Delivery: We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours (provided they are in stock). We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. All UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail. International order are shipped via our courier partner, being Royal Mail International or DPD. Poppi Avenue can accept no responsibility for packages that are signed for by someone other than the addressee. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used (if required). For delivery & returns policy please click here. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you may be responsible for the repeat delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract. If we do so we will refund the money you have paid in advance for the goods but we shall be entitled to deduct delivery, repeat delivery and storage costs incurred by us.
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. If a fault occurs between 30 - 365 days of purchase, we’ll replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We offer an automatic 12 month warranty on jewellery only from the date of purchase.
DISCOUNTS
From time to time, Poppi Avenue may offer promotional codes at points of sale. Poppi Avenue has the right to further reduce its products and are unable to refund the difference to customers.
Discount code cannot be combined with any other discount codes, only one discount code can be used at once. Some product restrictions may apply.
Promotions by Poppi Avenue are only available at www.poppiavenue.com and www.poppiavenue.co.uk and is not with third party stockists.
Poppi Avenue reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the offer (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers). Refunds will take into account the discount. If you purchase something as a gift and you wish to return all items associated. Offer does not include delivery charges, gift bag or gift wrap. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.
