If your shipping country is not available to select at the checkout, we sincerely apologise. We aim to ship to Canada, U.S.A, Australia and New Zealand in 2026. We are currently working on a solution to make this happen. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

COURIER
We use Royal Mail and DPD. All deliveries are sent using a tracked option to reduce theft and loss.

1.1 UK deliveries: Royal Mail Tracked. Tracked and Signed applied if order is more than £100.
EUROPE deliveries: Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed only.

1.2 If Royal Mail is not available at the time of shipping we may use DPD and DPD International. The above conditions (1.1) still apply.

LOST IN TRANSIT
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please email hello@poppiavenue.com. We can track the parcel for you and contact the delivery company for further information.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Once the parcel leave our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking information. Please allow a few extra days if your parcel has been sent during bad weather, busy periods or seasonal holidays. We aim to work with our chosen courier to have parcels delivered within 7 working days (this excludes weekends, bank holidays, natural disasters).

TRACK A PARCEL
All our deliveries can be tracked. Once the system has accepted your order, you will be sent a tracking link to view your shipping confirmation.

​HOW IS MY ORDER
PACKED
All jewellery is carefully packaged in a branded jewellery box. We do not automatically provide jewellery cloths, as we aim to reduce potential waste. However, these can be purchased separately from April 2025, as they are currently being produced.
​
Gift options include a ribbon around the jewellery box and optional branded gift bag.
Outer packaging consists of cardboard, with the items being protected in shredded cardboard to easily recycle. We aim to make our packaging as easy as possible to recycle. Please note, ribbon is not recyclable and should be disposed of in general waste.
CUSTOMS AND
DUTIES
All international orders include duties and taxes, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery. We currently ship to U.K, R.O.I and certain areas within Europe only.
REFUND OR
REPLACEMNT ON A LOST ITEM
If we confirm your order has been lost in transit, you can request a refund or for the product to be sent out again. You will not incur extra delivery charges of the item is resent. If the lost product(s) your ordered is out of stock, we will send you a refund. The refund will not include delivery costs.
ORDER SENT BACK
AUTOMATICALLY
If you are unable to collect your order from your local parcel shop, or you have missed the delivery attempts, your parcel will be automatically returned to us. If this happens, you will be refunded once we receive the item back. A £2 / $2 / €2 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please contact us regarding any problems or assistance you may need when ordering/returning/tracking a parcel with us. Your experience with us is important, we always aim to help you as much as possible.

Customer service agents will be available via email, and aim to respond within 24 hours. This does not include non-workings days.
